Track my order / Where is my shipment?
- Once shipped you get an email with a clickable tracking number
- It may take up to 48hrs before the tracking link is active
- Should you have any problems with tracking please contact us at email@example.com
- Normal shipping time is 3-5 business days
What size should I order?
- Every product page has a designated size guide and also a description of the flexibility of the garment, to get your measurements right please read the How to measure page
How do I return an item or my full order?
Returns are accepted if you choose to return the item in pristine condition with all original tags up to 14 days after delivery. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, your name and what items you'd like to return, use the return waybill which were included with your parcel to send it back.
- Refunds will be processed 7-14 days after we've received it
- You will get a confirmation email once it's received by our warehouse
- If you happen to receive a faulty item please reach out to email@example.com with as much details as possible. We'd love a photo of the item, your order number and your reason for judging the item as faulty for a speedy process
- If the purchase of a faulty item is done through one of our many retailers we'd like you to get in touch with them firstly
